  1. Manage and operate the e-commerce website, including updating product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  2. Handle customer orders and process payments, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  3. Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Manage inventory levels and stock availability, ensuring that products are always in stock and available for purchase.
  7. Collaborate with other members to create and implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and other marketing initiatives to drive sales.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, including data privacy and security measures.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  10. Provide regular reports to management on website performance, sales data, and customer feedback.


E-commerce operators must have strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize their workload. They must also possess strong communication and customer service skills to ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience on the website. Successful e-commerce operators must be flexible and adaptable to changes in the industry and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams.
